I’m not too much of a Yung LA fan but I had to post this ’cause Ricco’s on the track. Just like his sister vocally but he sounds very different and is very different from other R&B singers out.

Day 26 – Get Away Girl LISTEN

I like this song alot and I’m glad they’re trying to do something different this time around, even though it’s not that much.

Omarion – I Think My Girl Is (Ay Ay) LISTEN

Here’s another my girl gotta girlfriend song…but the first from Omari. He’s basically saying, “I think my girl is bi ay ay ay”. Anyway, whatever works, I guess?

New Music: Monica, Ludacris, Shawnna, Day 26

Monica – One In A Lifetime LISTEN

Glad to hear Monica doing a song that is just right for her right now. The track is produced by B. Cox…I think they need to make a few more tracks together for her CD because his productions with her voice are like magic.

Ludacris and Shawnna – Everybody Drunk LISTEN

I think this track is from their upcoming Battle of the Sexes CD, which they say should be out this summer. This track ain’t that fire but I can’t wait to hear what else they working with because Shawnna is in my Top 5 Female MCs and we need some heat right now.

Day 26 – Bipolar LISTEN

Songs have been leaking left and right from these boys but I’ve liked them all with this song being the exception. I mean I like some aspect of it because I’m posting it but it just doesn’t compete with the other tracks I’ve heard. I’m sure it’s a Bipolar chick out there who ain’t gone appreciate this here…what were they thinking when they wrote this?

I believe Day 26 has a pretty strong chance of making this CD a good one. I just would have never thought T-Pain and nem would make a song together but this one ain’t bad.

Bow Wow feat. JD, Nelly and Ron Browz – What They Call Me LISTEN

This song could’ve done without Ron Browz on it. He’s the one using Autotune horribly nowadays.

Beyonce reveals 3rd set of singles and videos

Beyonce has wrapped two more videos for the third simultaneous singles off her latest album I Am… Sasha Fierce.

Pop radio will get “Broken-Hearted Girl” from her I Am… disc, while Sasha Fierce’s “Ego” will be released to urban stations. The pop star has already recorded a remix to the latter with Kanye West.

Beyoncé co-directed a video for “Ego” with her choreographer. “My goal for [the 'Ego' video] is simplicity,” she tells EW. “In ‘Single Ladies,’ I saw this old tape of Bob Fosse’s wife, and I used that as inspiration. I thought in this world, with all the technolgy and everything that’s going on, to strip everything down—great idea. So I kind of did the same thing, but glossy and black, for ‘Ego.’”

Don’t expect to see the famous “Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It)” animatronic hand in the “Ego” clip though. “I didn’t have the Sasha Fierce hand [in the video],” she laughs. “But I have it on the tour. It’s actually even more wild—I have to figure out how I’m going to perform with that hand!”

Beyoncé will embark on the European leg of her I Am… world tour in late April.

O seems to be following the same road he’s been on before because this track doesn’t seem to be anything different than anything he’s done before. I think he needs to switch it up and do a little more extra. Overall the track is okay, I had to post it because Omari is one of my guilty pleasures.

I know her CD will be dropping soon and I’m wondering whether these tracks that have been leaking will be on it. I like this song especially because Yeezy is on it. I hope this is on the CD though.

J. Holiday – Lights Go Out LISTEN

I think J’s got himself a great “2nd Round” which is the title of his upcoming CD. The tracks that I’ve heard are just what he needs this time around and this one is no exception…I might just have to cop this here!

Seems as though Keri can’t stop remixing her #1 hit. I know all the music blogs have been posting links to listen to the 20 other versions out there…but I decided to post this one myself because there are new verses from her and Wayne and they added T-Pain which ain’t bad.

If you listen close, it would seem like she’s taking shots at Bey but then again she’s only written for Ciara and Rihanna I think, so by her saying “your vision cloudy if you think that you the best/ you can dance you can sing but need to move it to the left/ she need to go have some babies, she need to sit down she fadin’/them other chicks ain’t even worth my time to talk about“,  who else could she really be talkin’ bout…really? There ain’t nobody but Beyonce doin’ the damn thang that big for her to rap about. I’m not really gone read into it because Beyonce got her lane and Keri just created one….so uh good luck Keri!

Omarion returns with a Weezy F. Baby assisted track produced by none other than Timbaland. O is said to be releasing an album on the Mosley Music Group/Interscope imprint sometime this year. The track is cool but it also feels like its missing something.

Felisha and Fallon of Cherish – Infected LISTEN

Seems like the sisters have divided into a twosome and created another group. This song to me really doesn’t sound like anything different than what they did with the other sisters but I don’t think that that’s what they were going for.

Trey Songz – Brand New LISTEN

Here’s a new track from Trey…I don’t know whether it’s on a mixtape or an upcoming CD but its nice. He’s kinda bordering the lines of R. Kelly maybe lately, I don’t know.

Hopefully this will mean more collab between these two…I think I would prefer Teddy P and Kanye do a BOBW type CD than Kanye and The Dream but that’s just me. I don’t know where this track came from as far as who’s releasing it but it’s dope.

Day 26 – Put It On Her LISTEN

The boys are putting together a nice lil album, so far so good. The tracks I’ve heard from them, ‘So Good’ and ‘Stadium Music’, are tight…B.Cox produced them and you should’ve heard them if you watched the new season of the show.

50 Cent feat. R. Kelly – Do What It Do LISTEN

Looks like Kels is teaming with the underdogs of the game as of late. The track is smooth though. They should’ve been got together in my opinion.
