Finally, Day 26 has released a video for their first single, Imma Put It On Her…two weeks before the album release? Looks like the video was shot in Miami for a lil spring-time feel…it’s cool and simple. I like the original version that I heard of the song with just the boys on it. Diddy and Joc did not add anything special to the track but I guess Diddy thought it would appeal to the masses that way (he’s always adding Yung Joc to a track for some reason, I don’t see the effect).
The boy Trey Songz released this video on Myspace yesterday and I been tryna get my hands on a YouTube video and here it is guys. I think he could’ve stepped up on the concept, but it is shot differently from other videos so I guess that makes it unique. Either way as long as Trey is in this video its a winner to me…y’all check it out!
Bow Wow probably can’t wait for his album to drop cause here’s a viral video he shot for “Like This” which features Dondria. I think they could’ve done a real video for this song ’cause it’s catchy and Dondria need some play too. Bow has stepped his game up a bit lyrically which is cool and necessary for this album to do what he expects.

Keri Hilson is doing big things here kids…and I love it! This video premiered today and I wasn’t even expecting it. This Chris Robinson-directed video for ‘Knock You Down’ featuring Kanye West and Ne-Yo as love interests is interesting. As I always say, Keri is in another field when it comes to conceptuality and uniqueness when it comes to songs and lyrics. I dig that! If you didn’t know the CD ‘In A Perfect World…’ is in stores now and it is tight…so if y’all sleeping on Keri….WAKE THE FUCK UP! (I mean that in the best way possible.)

“The Boss” aka Rick Ross released the video from his new album, Deeper Than Rap, which should be in stores on April 21. The song and video features John Legend who adds a certain uh, how do say, “Je ne sais quoi” to the whole feel of the track…if you don’t know what it means, GOOGLE IT! I really like the way the video is shot like a movie…it makes it seem big budget.
This album for Rick Ross will be the first released on his own imprint, Maybach Music.
Check out Lil Wayne’s video for “Prom Queen”, the lead single from his upcoming rock debut album, Rebirth, which is set for release May 19. I’ve seen a few blogs saying that the CD will be shelved but with this song at #15 on the BillBoard Top 100’s I highly doubt it.
Wayne co-directed the video with Dave Meyers, which includes rock band Korn as backup band players.
